Terms of Service for Funzixo

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the Funzixo mobile application (the "Service") operated by MyWorkflow ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Usage is subject to your compliance with these Terms and the policies of the Google Play Store.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that certain information, such as Player Names, is stored using **Encrypted Secure Storage** on your device to ensure privacy and data integrity. In addition, you consent to the collection of anonymized usage metrics, gameplay events, and diagnostic crash reports via Google Firebase to help us optimize app stability and performance.

Funzixo utilizes on-device AI algorithms for certain game modes (e.g., Chess, Tic-Tac-Toe).

* **Gameplay**: AI-generated moves and difficulty levels are for entertainment purposes only.

* **No Guarantee**: We do not warrant that AI behavior will be error-free or represent professional-level play in all scenarios.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of MyWorkflow and its licensors. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Application without prior written consent.

In no event shall MyWorkflow or its providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including any issues related to third-party ads (AdMob) or analytics (Firebase). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time (e.g., to comply with Android 16 mandates). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
