1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MoneyMapr (the "Application" or "Service"), operated and published by MyWorkflow ("us", "we", or "our"), You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not install or use MoneyMapr.

2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant You a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MoneyMapr on your compatible Android device for personal financial record-keeping, budgeting, debt tracking, and money flow visualization, subject to these Terms and Google Play Store policies.

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

Exploit, circumvent, or manipulate any in-app advertising mechanisms.
•
Modify or exploit the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

3. Financial & Investment Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)

MoneyMapr is designed exclusively as an offline personal productivity, money mapping, and ledger organization tool:

No Financial Advisory or Banking Services: MoneyMapr is not a bank, certified financial planner, tax consultant, or registered investment advisor. The Application does not execute bank transfers, hold funds, or provide personalized financial or tax counsel.

Informational Calculations: Budget calculations, burn rate estimates, cash flow projections, loan EMI estimates, and savings goal timelines generated within the app are mathematical estimates based solely on the data You enter.

Independent Decision Making: You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, expense categorizations, and investment choices.

4. Local Data Ownership & User Backup Responsibility

MoneyMapr operates on a Local-First architecture. All financial records, accounts, goals, and recurring entries are stored in your device's local SQLite database.

Your Data, Your Custody: Because MyWorkflow does not maintain cloud servers with copies of your personal financial entries, You retain ownership and responsibility for your records.

Backups: You are encouraged to export JSON backups regularly to prevent data loss resulting from device changes, resets, or hardware loss.

5. Advertising & Free Service Tier

MoneyMapr is provided free of charge, supported by non-intrusive advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad display, attribution, and regional consent management (Google UMP) comply with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable GDPR/CCPA regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its node-based Money Map visualization system, user interface designs, custom icons, graphics, software architecture, and brand names ("MoneyMapr", "MyWorkflow"), is the exclusive intellectual property of MyWorkflow. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyWorkflow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of financial data, calculation discrepancies, or device issues resulting from your use of the Application.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or MoneyMapr shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MoneyMapr after any changes signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
