Terms of Service — PDF Universe

By downloading, installing, or using the PDF Universe mobile application ("the Application" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

These Terms apply to all users of the Application accessing via Android (Google Play Store).

MyWorkflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF Universe on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the policies of the Google Play Store.

You may not:

* Copy, modify, or distribute the Application

* Reverse engineer or decompile the Application

* Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

* Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms

* Use the Application to process files you do not have legal rights to

PDF Universe processes all your PDF files locally on your device. Your files are never uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to our servers.

You are solely responsible for the PDF files you process using the Application. By using the Service, you warrant that:

* You have the legal right to process, edit, or modify any files you use with the Application

* You will not use the Application to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

* You will not use the Application to process, distribute, or create illegal content

**PDF Universe Pro** is available as a subscription via Google Play Billing.

**Subscription Terms**:

* Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

* Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

* You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings

* A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

**Refund Policy**: All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly.

**Restore Purchases**: If you reinstall the Application or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app to reactivate your subscription.

The free version of PDF Universe displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements.

PDF Universe Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience for the duration of their active subscription.

We comply with all applicable advertising policies including GDPR consent requirements for EU users.

PDF Universe, including its source code, design, UI, branding, and functionality, is the exclusive intellectual property of MyWorkflow and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You retain all ownership rights to any PDF files you create or process using the Application. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

* The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted

* PDF processing results will be perfect in all cases

* The Application will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

You use the Application at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your important PDF files before processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyWorkflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

* Loss of data or files

* Loss of revenue or profits

* Corruption of PDF files during processing

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Application shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice via the Application.

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
