1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Swivert mobile application ("the Application" or "Service") developed and published by MyWorkflow ("We", "Us", or "Our"), You agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Swivert on your Android device for personal and professional calculation and measurement conversion purposes, subject to these Terms and Google Play Store policies.

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

Exploit, circumvent, or manipulate any in-app advertising or rewarded feature unlock mechanisms.
•
Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

3. Scientific Calculation & Conversion Accuracy Disclaimer

Swivert provides high-precision conversion factors and formulas based on internationally recognized scientific standards, including the International System of Units (SI), NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), and ISO definitions.

While our calculation engines employ 64-bit IEEE 754 double-precision floating-point arithmetic with rigorous unit test verifications:

Standard measurement outputs are provided for informational, educational, and general utility purposes.

Users must exercise professional diligence and independent verification when utilizing outputs for safety-critical, structural engineering, aerospace, medical dosage, or life-critical applications.

We make no absolute warranties regarding the precision of user-authored custom formulas.

4. Currency Rates Informational Convenience Disclaimer

Fiat currency exchange rates displayed in Swivert are sourced from open-market public data providers (including Frankfurter and Open Exchange Rates API) and cached locally on your device for offline convenience.

Currency rates are benchmark estimates provided strictly for informational purposes.

Exchange rates do not constitute financial, forex trading, investment, or banking advice.
•
Real-world financial transactions may be subject to bank spreads, merchant fees, and real-time market fluctuations.

5. Custom Formulas & Local Data Ownership

Swivert allows users to create, evaluate, and save custom unit conversion formulas. All custom formula logic, variable definitions, and history records remain your sole property and are stored locally in your device’s private SQLite database. You are responsible for ensuring mathematical validity and syntax correctness for formulas you author.

6. In-App Advertising & Feature Access

Swivert is offered free of charge supported by non-intrusive advertisements (banners, interstitials, and rewarded unlocks) provided by Google AdMob.

You agree to the display of advertisements in accordance with Google advertising policies.

Rewarded ads may be offered to unlock additional custom formula slots or optional features.
•
Consent management for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK) is handled via Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), accessible under Settings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its user interface design, visual styling, source code, mathematical algorithms, unit databases, and brand assets ("Swivert", "MyWorkflow"), is the exclusive intellectual property of MyWorkflow and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyWorkflow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, calculation discrepancies, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Swivert shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect software enhancements, regulatory updates, or policy changes. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Swivert after revisions signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
